Right Stuff Software unveils Precinct Manager.

COLUMBUS, OH - MONDAY AUGUST 11, 2003     Right Stuff Software announced today the immediate availability of Precinct Manager Release 1. This product is a set of fully Web-enabled applications which allow Police Departments to manage communications across the entire organization.

The applications are specifically designed to allow real-time access of daily assignments, rosters, reports, and logs. Online creation, submittal, and approval of forms such as overtime, vacation, court, and holiday reduces the need for paperwork.

Precinct Manager interfaces with Human Resources databases to automatically update any changes in personnel. A rules-based contract engine is used to calculate paycheck hours, freeing Payroll teams' time for more "added-value" activities.

Another key feature allows Police Departments to schedule assignments for upcoming special events, with capabilities to determine the manpower cost for each event.
