Scheduling Console

This application will assist the on-duty Admin Sergeant with scheduling for officers in the field.  Daily Rosters are auto-generated by the system, and as events of the day progress, edits to the roster can be made and published to the force.  Information required to assist in determining replacement strategies are included in various displays throughout the application.  Special Event planning and coordination is provided as well.

Notifications

As supervisors make changes to the daily roster, the Admin Sergeant is notified that a change has taken place.  The Sergeant can review the change before publishing the change to the field.    This provides a central control point to manage manpower deployment.

Special Event List

For each Special Event type, an event list is maintained by the system.  From this display, events can be created and modified.  Once the event is created, it can be published for others to see.  Upon completion of the event, overtime slips can be automatically generated.  If during the event a team member works either more or less hours than specified by the event supervisor, the event can be modified to reflect the hours actually worked and the slips can be regenerated.
