Precinct Manager^TM has built-in tracking of FMLA events. Based on the extent of your FMLA information requirements, we can provide a solution to fit your needs.

FMLA can be requested for the employee or a family member. Each event can be routed to the FMLA Administrator for review.

The amount of FMLA tracking varies largely with each organization. Larger groups require detailed tracking. With these groups we have dedicated forms, routing, approvals, and reports for the managing of FMLA. Smaller organizations may require less tracking. A FMLA leave bank and/or a dedicated timesheet column may be adequate for your tracking purposes.
