Information Desk Console


 

This application is an important point of contact for all officers and management personnel.  This application provides access to the Daily Assignment Roster and the Special Event Roster, as well as assignment information on all officers in the system.  Forms creation capabilities exist for Personal Leave, Sick and Injury forms.  Officers will typically phone the information desk personnel who will create the forms in the system.  The forms are then routed to the appropriate individuals.

Personal Leave forms can be created and edited from this display.  A notification is sent to the Admin Sergeant and the form is sent to the Timekeeper.  Other types of forms will be routed as needed.

Rosters are provided to allow quick access to updated contact information.  This information on this display can be altered to suit the needs of this application.
