This application will allow an employee to view daily assignments and special events in a real-time fashion.  Employees can create and submit forms to their supervisors, and receive notifications as to the Approval/Denial of certain requests. 

 

Figure 2.1 View of the Daily Assignment Roster.  This real-time display shows vehicle assignments and skill sets across the organization.  Views of all precincts are available for the current pay period.

Daily Assignment Roster

This display will allow officers to determine who is available to assist in any given situation.  Manpower availability, individual skill set identifiers, and field force assignments are all visible from this view. 

Figure 2.2 View of the Special Event Roster.  This display is tailored by the event  coordinator.

Special Event Roster

Special Events are planned or spontaneous events scheduled by the department.  The manpower organization of the event is specific to the situation.  An event supervisor is in charge of the event, and team leaders may be assigned.  An officer can view assignments, vehicles, leadership and reporting time from this display.

This display will allow officers to create forms to be submitted to management for approval.

Form Editing

Officers can create and edit forms from the provided list.  As the system recognizes who is logged in, fields are auto-filled with correct information. Forms are designed to minimize keystrokes by the user.
