the ability to calculate payroll data based on the rules in
force for a given contract.
Policies for Overtime, Court, Illness, and Shift Differential
can be easily administered for each individual contract. This
is then applied to each employee and the result is formatted
data for delivery to the payroll system.
As contracts are renegotiated, the rule set can be easily updated
as required. This allows for consistent enforcement of the rules,
which reduces payroll errors which can be costly and time consuming. |
